With extensive experience in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry, Ileana founded Media Med Publicis, the company that has redefined standards in medical communication and event management. In addition to setting the company’s strategy, she is actively involved in managing Media Med Publicis–branded conferences.

A graduate of the Faculty of Managerial Informatics, with experience in sales and event management, she has been part of the Media Med Publicis team since February 2007, contributing significantly to the development and ongoing promotion of the company’s services.

Sales Director

A graduate of the Faculty of Engineering and Management of Technological Systems in 2009, he joined the field of sales, where he discovered the joy of communicating with and promoting clients’ specific products. He joined Media Med Publicis at the end of 2015 and has been contributing to maintaining close relationships with clients.

Ionuț Spînu

Sales Manager

A graduate of the Faculty of Letters with two master’s degrees – in French Literature and in the Theory and Practice of Publishing – and with editorial experience, Olivia coordinates the editorial projects of Media Med Publicis: quarterly magazines, annual volumes, and special publications.

Olivia Străuț

Editorial Secretary General

A graduate of the Faculty of Tourism at Spiru Haret University in Ploiești, he has experience in administration and sales. He has been part of the Media Med Publicis team since 2015, managing the contractual relationships with service providers and suppliers essential to the organization’s operations.

Passionate about communication and strategy, with significant experience in PR, project management, concept development, and creative ideas, Andra joined the Media Med Publicis team in 2014. Focused on detail and client service, she guides each project meticulously toward success.

Project Manager

A dynamic and creative person, Andreea Tănase has more than 10 years of experience in roles such as Sales & Event Manager or Revenue Manager, working primarily in Hospitality (Conferences & Events, Hotels, Restaurants), but also in other industries such as Telecom, Retail, and Wellness. She is efficient and detail-oriented, analytical and always approachable, qualities that recommend her as a true professional who carefully selects and plans every element to organize truly memorable events. Andreea holds university degrees in Psychology and Law and believes that satisfaction comes from continuous learning and genuine win-win interaction. She supports authentic leadership and a healthy organizational culture, which she considers the key to the success of any business.

Gabriela joined the Media Med Publicis team in 2019. A graduate in Communication and Public Relations, she is very passionate about event organization and deeply involved in all the projects she undertakes. The recognition and gratitude of all event participants serve as ideal feedback for her, inspiring her to remain increasingly dedicated and excel in the tasks she undertakes.

Alice holds a Master’s Degree in Editing Theory and Practice from the University of Bucharest, Bachelor’s Degrees in Literature and Public Administration from the University of Galați, and has solid experience in marketing, communication, and event organization. With more than 20 years of experience in organizing cultural and corporate events, she transforms ideas into memorable experiences through attention to detail and efficient coordination. She has been a member of the Media Med Publicis team since May 2025, bringing professionalism and creativity to the organization of medical events.

A graduate of the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations, our colleague Daria completes our team as Public Relations Specialist. Drawing on her social media expertise and with a passion for graphic design, she not only develops visual concepts for events but also designs effective communication strategies.

A graduate in Trade, Tourism, and Services Economics, with more than 10 years of experience in customer interaction, she brings harmony to the professional environment and contributes enthusiastically as a team player. She joined the Media Med Publicis team in June 2024.
